Volt Management Corp. Engineering Sr. Spec. in Rochester, New York
Volt is immediately hiring a Sr. Engineering Specialist in Rochester, NY.
As a Sr. Engineering Specialist, you will:
- Responsible for the board level modifications, troubleshooting and testing, repairing of hardware, assembly/disassembly of equipment, and fixturing for tactical radio accessory products and accessories.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711/7721 (certification preferred).
- PWB level modification and build experience (SMT devices, removal, soldering).
- Fixture design and assembly (basic mechanical skills).
- Measurement of key performance parameters using analyzers, generators, oscilloscopes, and meters.
- Expertise in the evaluation of designs for testability.
- Working knowledge of the fundamentals of In-Circuit Test (ICT), functional board level testing, unit and system level testing, and coverage analysis.
Schedule:
1st Shift
Duration: 12 Months (possible extn.)
Location: Rochester, NY
Pay Rate: $42.00-47.00/ per hour.
