Couriers must perform duties in a professional and courteous manner, promoting superior customer service and relations. By providing a flexible availability throughout the week and a wealth of route knowledge, our Coverage Couriers play a vital role in excellent and reliable patient and client services.STATUS: Part Time LOCATION: Riedman Campus & Elmgrove ParkDEPARTMENT: LogisticsSCHEDULE: Schedule will vary ATTRIBUTESFive (5) years of driving experience, with a valid driver's license requiredFriendly, kind and customer service orientedExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and make decisionsRESPONSIBILITIES Daily Assignments. Execute each courier route with efficiency, ensure the integrity of each delivery; access, navigate and send correspondence using designated computerCustomer Service. Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner, promote superior customer service and customer relations; use sound judgment to problem solve if client issues arise; understand and respect patient confidentialityDocumentation. Report equipment condition and notify coordinator of maintenance requirementsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: NYS DL - valid New York State Driver's License - New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV)PAY RANGE: $18.00 - $20.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
