Co-Teacher - Citizenship and Science Academy
As a Co-Teacher you will:
Assist with preparation and instruction
Work closely with small groups of students and provide intervention
Actively participate in weekly meetings and attend all school-wide events
Implement classroom policies and procedures
Lead students to and from specials/lunch
Effectively manage student behavior
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What you need
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or minimum of 2-year degree in related field Certification preferred but not required. Experience with a diverse population of students or in an urban setting a plus Prior teaching experience preferred and novice teachers encouraged to apply! Fingerprint clearance through NYS Department of Education
