Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with prospective candidates through various channels, harnessing job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and more, to build rapport.
Craft and implement innovative sourcing strategies that not only fill current vacancies but also prepare RIT for future growth by building a robust talent pipeline.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, positioning RIT ahead of the curve for upcoming roles.
Amplify RIT’s reputation at outreach and recruitment events, raising RIT’s employer profile and ensuring that RIT remains an employer-of-choice for top-tier talent.
Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on sourcing progress.
May support the recruitment team by conducting preliminary screening of potential candidates to assess their qualifications.

Required Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, marketing, or social media.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education
Prior ATS experience with Kenexa/Brassing
Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or Spanish

Job Summary:
The Candidate Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent to our organization. This role will work closely with the recruitment team to develop and execute sourcing strategies that yield a highly-qualified and diverse pool of candidates for staff positions.
This is a part-time position with an anticipated work schedule of 20 hours/week.
