Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Rochester, New York. This role is situated within the industry and involves a range of duties such as managing schedules, coordinating appointments, tracking loan applications, and assisting in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Loan Officer's schedule, coordinating business meetings, client calls, and follow-ups.

• Handle the arrangement of appointments with business partners, clients, and realtors.

• Track loan applications and ensure a seamless process for clients.

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and print materials.

• Coordinate marketing opportunities with industry professionals, referral partners, and realtors.

• Update and maintain the CRM to monitor client and partner engagement.

• Assist in the production and distribution of promotional materials, including newsletters, flyers, and loan product updates.

• Plan and manage networking events, open houses, and educational workshops for clients and realtors.

• Organize business development meetings and lunch and learn sessions.

• Handle the logistical planning for conferences and training sessions, including organizing travel arrangements.

• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve marketing efforts. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Experience with answering inbound and making outbound calls

• Skilled in data entry with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to manage email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
