You will collaborate with Reinders Field Sales Representatives, Marketing, and Product Managers to plan and implement programs to grow the business at the store. You will execute the company s operational objectives and strategies to protect the store s assets and ensure efficiencies. There are other key components to this position that will give you opportunities to demonstrate success. You will actively manage sales goals and transactions by being one of the first faces our customers see and interact with at the store. This position is key in creating long-lasting relationships with our customers and leaving an indelible impression of the Reinders experience. Daily, you will manage store processes relating to paperwork, bank deposits, inventory, and monthly managerial reporting to meet set standards.You are an inspiring manager that will train, develop, and coach the performance of Store personnel. The ideal candidate has previous store operations and/or managerial experience, outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, and is eager to lead and mentor a team. Candidates who have industry background in Reinders markets such as golf, landscaping, turf maintenance, and irrigation are strongly encouraged to apply!
