Job Description

Rework candidates will be assigned various tasks including deburring, cutting, sanding, and loading material that did not meet standards after running through the mills. Duties will vary from day to day depending on what is needed, but a majority of the time will be spent on the side of the machines refinishing material to ensure it meets standards. Candidates may be using hand and power tools to complete daily tasks. The role involves continuous physical labor and requires lifting 50+ lbs comfortably.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a large steel manufacturing facility, over 1 million sqft, that is fully updated with filtered machines that clean the air automatically. Although it is not temperature controlled, it is a comfortable setting. The environment can be loud, and wearing hard hats and safety shoes is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.35/hr.
