About Pheasant Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation:

What You'll Do as a CNA:
As a Full-Time CNA at Pheasant Ridge, you'll play an essential role in our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient health
Providing companionship and support to residents and their families
Ensuring that the highest level of care is delivered in a safe, dignified, and respectful manner
This position follows a 12-hour Master Schedule with rotating weekends, giving you the chance to build strong relationships with residents and families. The schedule is designed to offer a healthy work-life balance while maintaining excellent standards of care.
What We're Looking for in You:
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
A valid CNA license in the State of Virginia
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in senior care
Familiarity with basic healthcare software and documentation tools is a plus
