Scope of Job

  • Assist AVE Frontera family leaders with the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of FCP at STC .

  • Provide guidance on FCP projects for students in person and/or using social media platforms.

  • Participate in planning meetings with lead team and AVE Frontera.

  • Provide support to AVE Frontera family leaders during classroom visits.

  • Assist the lead team members during data collection, analysis, and dissemination.

  • Provide support to AVE Frontera with planning, organizing, and implementation of community events and at UTRGV and/or STC .

  • Assist the lead team on the design, implementation, and evaluation of faculty training activities.

  • Provide mentorship opportunities to STC students in person and/or social media platforms.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM -related field

Quantitative and Qualitative research and analysis
