Preparar documentos relacionados a vendas ao longo do processo de vendas, como propostas, contratos, ou pedidos de eventos de banquete;

Promover a conscientização da imagem da marca interna e externamente;

Reunir materiais e montar pacotes de informações, como, por exemplo, brochuras e materiais promocionais;

Utilizar técnicas de vendas que maximizem a receita enquanto mantêm a fidelidade dos hóspedes existentes ao Marriott;

Inserir, recuperar, conciliar e verificar informações, como comissões, leads e terceiros em softwares envolvidos no processo de vendas;

Responder perguntas dos hóspedes sobre as instalações/serviços da propriedade (por exemplo, horários de funcionamento, tarifas e tipos de quartos, pacotes, promoções, entretenimento, restaurantes, eventos especiais);

Atuar como ponto de contato para clientes e comunicar-se com eles por telefone e e-mail;

Seguir todas as políticas e procedimentos da empresa;

Pré-requisitos:

• Inglês Avançado/fluente

• Conhecimento do Opera

• Experiencia em recepção hoteleira

• Espírito de Equipe

• Organização

• Prazer em servir

• Pontualidade
