We are looking for results-driven, and customer-oriented Remote product specialist, who will be responsible for therapies development and marketing activities in the territory via distributor model for Acute Care Monitoring and Surgical Innovations portfolios.

As product specialist, you will develop and maintain network of accounts to expand the focus therapies and utilization of medical devices according to current and future guidelines. You will collect market intelligence data, follow, and report competition activities. Your daily responsibility will involve liaising with our Key Customers and focusing on promotion of Medtronic products in accordance with company strategy and instructions.

A Day in the Life

• Remotely carry responsibility for territory focus products implementing marketing and market development strategies.

• Remotely ensure successful product launches, drive conversion and product adoption.

• Focus on key accounts and key opinion leaders’ management .

• Build and maintain strong ethical business relationship with key accounts, key opinion leaders and distributors.

• Maintain expert knowledge in clinical procedures and conduct territory and market data collection and analysis.

• Work closely with business partners (distributors) in implementation of assigned marketing strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Participate in additional projects and meetings upon request.

Must Haves

• Ability to understand and communicate detailed technical terminology

• Target driven with proven market development record

• Ability to work independently as well as in the team

• Aptitude to learn and understand anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures

• Excellent communication skills on all levels and to all departments within the hospital

• Strong marketing skills

• Fluency in Local language both verbally and in written

• Fluency in English both verbally and in written

• For this role, you would be expected to be located in Estonia, Lithuania or Latvia.

Nice to Haves

• Fluency in Russian would be an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, innovative thinker, creative

• Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers

• Experience serving the customers in virtual environment
