Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will develop new service-oriented applications as well as support/maintain existing applications. This SNOW Integration team is responsible for the support, enhancement and management of the existing ServiceNow platform using a variety of languages and

technologies. This particular project is dedicated to implementing the FSM (Field Service Management) module within ServiceNow, so be prepared to learn new technology and best practices in relation to said module. You will analyze, design, configure, develop, test, debug and document to further enhance the platform and ensure it is meeting the business's needs, goals and priorities. You will also be responsible for responding to support incidents with escalation requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction, and tracking issues from production support to achieve long-term resolutions.

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years' experience of software development, configuration, testing, etc. in the ServiceNow platform

-Extensive development experience specifically with the following tech stack: JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, CSS, Java, JSON, REST, XML, SOAP, XQuery, XSLT, SQL

-Unix and Windows OS

-Experience developing service-oriented solutions (CRM, ERP, etc.)

-ServiceNow Developer or Admin certification -Any exposure to the FSM Module

-Experience with new module implementations within the SNOW platform null
