Job Description

As the ServiceNow Architect, you will lead efforts in planning, designing, and implementing the Field Service Management (FSM) module in the existing ServiceNow platform. The Architect should be familiar with the FSM module, and preferably have exposure to the process of implementing FSM. You will work alongside other IT members to ensure the implementation is meeting the business's needs, goals and priorities. Also as part of this Integration Team, you could assist in supporting, enhancing, and managing the existing ServiceNow platform using a variety of languages and technologies.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years' experience design & development in ServiceNow using the following languages: JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, CSS, Java, JSON, REST, XML, SOAP, XQuery, XSLT, SQL, etc.

-Exposure to the FSM module and any stage of the implementation process of FSM into the SNOW platform

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to help lead team members, delegate tasks, create efficient processes and follow best practices -Experience with Salesforce Field Service (Lightning)

-Experience with a full FSM implementation

-Located in/around Ridgeland, MS or open to relocating to Ridgeland, MS for periodic in-office time with other team members null
