THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Events, the Parking Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating venue parking needs and services for the Event Services team at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, including but not limited to the coordination and communications of and to third party operators and staffing agencies, local, state and federal law enforcement and governmental agencies as well as coordinating the operational risk and liability of all parking, ingress and egress processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate Parking processes with Event Director and Event Manager
Support Event Services in organization, deployment, and monitoring of parking staff
Encourage and coordinate all aspects of Safety, Ingress and Egress processes
Communicate processes effectively with local, state and federal agencies
Supervisory Responsibilities (if the specific role needs it)
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in a parking coordinator role or similar
Skills and Abilities
Stand, traverse, and navigate terrain in a variety of weather conditions
Clear understanding of Ingress, Egress and high volume parking processes
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of steps taken to resolve issues
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices
Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
Performing additional related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
Managing and optimizing deployment of event-day resources
Ability to lift 50 lbs
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
