Job Description

We are looking for a Site Project Manager to join the team for an electronic security installation project in Richmond, VA, supporting a government client. The overall project is for a rip and replace access control installation, with the potential to include intrusion detection and CCTV. There are 6 subcontractors that you will be managing on site who are responsible for all of the hands on installation. You will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinating schedule with local govt official 2 week lookahead, informing the end client what rooms you will be doing installation for and when to ensure proper access.

- QA / QC of installation per the SOW

- Main POC for interfacing with the onsite government customer

- Daily reporting on installations and project status

- Ensuring that the site is presentable for the use the next day

**This position requires that you are able to obtain a government security clearance.

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in electronic security site lead/site project management/site superintendent space

o Commercial experience only no residential

o Specific experience with scheduling and overseeing QA/QC of technicians or subcontractors

- Experience with MS Office

- Ability to obtain a government security clearance/badge Hirsch experience null
