Insight Global Revenue and Reimbursement manager in Richmond, Virginia

Job Description

The Revenue and Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for supporting reporting and analysis needs, developing and implementing financial policy/controls, reviewing and monitoring of rate and charge structures, and establishing and maintaining rules, regulations, policies and procedures for government and third party payers. This person will primarily be conducting external cost report audits request by medicare and medicaid. They will also work closely with the director to present to senior leadership on variances and identify trends.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with DRG, Reimbursement, and AR Valuation.

-Experience working at a large teaching hospital.

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration null
