We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our customer service team in the public utilities sector. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer service operations through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience, increasing operational efficiency, and driving business growth.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.

- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, preferably in the public utilities sector.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (consider UML (Unified Modeling Language that will be beneficial when creating / documenting workflows, use cases, etc. null
