Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Richmond, Virginia

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the healthcare industry, located in Richmond, Virginia, United States. The primary role will be to manage administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, and maintain an efficient work environment. The suitable candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites, data entry, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement administrative functions in line with our management system.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage and organize data.

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Manage correspondence with internal departments and clients via 'About Time' software.

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Support C-Suite executives with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Develop and maintain a filing system for easy data retrieval. Requirements • Relevant experience of 2+ years in an Administrative Coordinator role within the Healthcare/NHS sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Experience with Management Systems, such as About Time.

• Familiarity with C-Suite level correspondence.

• Strong customer service skills and experience.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
