Job Overview
Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) is seeking a dedicated On-Site Account Agent to coordinate catering operations and ensure superior service while maintaining client confidentiality and security. This role involves working closely with Operations, Network, IT, Finance, and Marketing & Sales to deliver an outstanding experience for our clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
- Actively contribute to all functions and processes within the team.
- Manage client orders efficiently and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize company software to determine preferred suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with the supply chain to confirm order details.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks to minimize potential issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation of order details and communications.
- Engage with management teams to address any escalated issues.
As Needed Duties
- Handle escalated issues with clients, kitchens, or vendors alongside the On-Site Account Manager.
- Participate in meetings regarding operations, client concerns, and team direction.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or rela
