Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Industrial and Mechanical experience is a must! up to 130K year

Experience with gear boxes, bucket elevators, pumps, and or conveyors.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the proper operation and maintenance of plant manufacturing equipment and facilities for a safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation. Your major responsibilities will include managing a maintenance team of technicians, scheduling and coordinating all shutdown and repair activities, controlling repair parts inventory, managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and planning and managing capital projects to completion. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. (Hands on)

Must be available and on call 24/7 , located within 30 minutes of Richmond, CA

Hard Skills

• Maintenance management (4-5 years required)

• Experience with PLC’s, hydraulics (4-5 years required)

• Experience with palletization equipment (4-5 years required)

• Heavy industrial maintenance experience (4-5 years required)
