Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
Job Description:
As our Bilingual French/English Inside Sales Representative, you will sell AutoEntry to new and existing Sage customers daily. You will identify and manage sales opportunities to close. To thrive in this role, you must receive inbound calls and make outbound calls prospecting to build and manage sales pipelines via calling, demoing, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain points.
• Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting how AutoEntry could be a solution.
• Qualify all sales leads based on specific lead qualification criteria definitions.
• Develop product knowledge to explain features to prospective clients and answer questions about AutoEntry.
• Consistently hit sales goals and objectives/quota.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, outbound sales account management, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry.
• Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of success in a high volume/transactional sales environment.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.
For this role, in those locations, the target salary range + OTE (on target earnings with commission) for new hires is $44,400 to $73,333.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
