Our client, a global engineering leader tackling environmental challenges, seeks a sharp IS&T Service Center Technician to join their innovative project.

Job Title: IS&T Service Center Technician

Location: Richland. WA

Pay Range: $ 23-35/hr (based on experience)

What’s the Job?

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end-users via phone, email, and in-person support.

  • Install and maintain software and hardware on personal computers and printers.

  • Document support activities and ensure accurate resolution of customer issues.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while resolving complex technical problems.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (or 6 years of experience).

  • Experience in an IT Call Center troubleshooting user issues remotely.

  • Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • US Citizenship Required.
