As an Integrated Program Planning & Control Sr. Analyst, you'll dive deep into the heart of our operations, playing a pivotal role in the monthly financial closing process for a prestigious and intricate USAF program. Your expertise will be essential as you work hand-in-hand with our talented cost and schedule analysts, ensuring seamless coordination and delivering top-tier financial insights.

This role is eligible for relocation. This role will be performed HYBRID at either of our Collins Aerospace locations in Richardson, TX or Cedar Rapids, IA.

What You Will Do

  • Provide invaluable support to cost and schedule analysts throughout the monthly cadence and closing process, ensuring precision and efficiency at every step.

  • Engage with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to solicit essential program updates, facilitating seamless communication and alignment.

  • Seamlessly integrate monthly program updates into advanced financial tools, empowering robust reporting and insightful analysis.

  • Drive the generation of comprehensive reports for program reviews and conduct meticulous month-end variance analysis, delivering actionable insights.

  • Efficiently process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) in our sophisticated financial tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Lead the establishment of new project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), optimizing project clarity and alignment with objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with cost analysts to baseline budgets for new programs or adjust them due to contract modifications, ensuring financial integrity and alignment.

  • Execute meticulous subcontractor cost or schedule integration processes, fostering seamless collaboration and efficiency.

  • Uphold strict compliance with the Mission Systems Earned Value System Description, ensuring adherence to industry-leading standards.

  • Contribute significantly to the achievement of organizational projects and goals, leveraging your deep expertise and commitment to excellence.

  • Leverage your broad technical knowledge and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in every aspect of your role.

  • Adapt seamlessly to unforeseen challenges, consistently meeting critical deadlines with exceptional results, and serving as a flexible and indispensable team player in advancing the objectives and initiatives of Mission Systems.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

  • Ability to work autonomously, displaying initiative and accountability in achieving objectives.

  • Flexibility to travel 5-10%

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
