Clinical Research Recruiter

Pay: $18-20 per hour

Location: Richardson, TX (On-site)

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (exceptional candidates may work Monday-Friday)

About Us:

We are a multinational, multibillion-dollar company specializing in third-party research on products, with a strong focus on the cosmetics industry. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Clinical Research Recruiters. In this role, you will help recruit individuals to participate in product testing, making hundreds of calls daily. This is a 100% administrative role, perfect for individuals with front office, customer service, or medical assistant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting high-volume outbound calls to recruit participants for product testing

• Coordinating and scheduling testing appointments with participants

• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities

• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily recruitment goals (around 15 participants per day)

Qualifications:

• Enjoy being on the phone and have a positive, "smile and dial" attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in front office, customer service, or medical assistant roles

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and administrative tasks efficiently

• Professional and friendly demeanor

Interview Process:

• In-person interview

• Interview hours: Monday-Thursday

• We value a good personality and professionalism

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 1-2 years with potential for long-term contract

• Normal drug test and background check required

• Start date: Flexible, with preference to start the Monday after clearance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
