Under the direct supervision of the Registrar, the Registrar Specialist prepares and maintains the data and business processes of the Registrar\'s Office while maintaining the integrity and security of students\' academic records and ensuring compliance with college policies and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Registrar Specialist supports the Registrar\'s Office while Nicolet College implements a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which includes Student Information System (SIS) functionality, by ensuring the continuity and integrity of current Registrar Office business practices, primarily in the existing Student Information System. The length of the term will depend on the implementation of the new software, with a minimum of two years. Qualified candidates posses an Associate Degree in Administrative Professional, Information Technology, Liberal Arts, or related field and two or more years of work experience in an office setting. The ideal candidate had experience working with employees, students, and the general public in an office setting with significant public contact as well as experience using PowerCampus student information system.
