Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. Program Management Analyst in Reston, Virginia
Blue Rose is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our work with a federal client. This is a full-time, Remote role in Reston, VA. This role is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
A successful background check must be completed prior to starting work.
In this role you will:
Plan and implement approved business solutions and tools, and develop metrics, and methods to collect those metrics to ensure operational efficiency
Plan, design, and carry out process improvement methodologies
Evaluate data to measure effectiveness and efficiency of programs
Demonstrate proficient creative problem solving skills required to develop and implement new processes and procedures for the organization
Exhibit strong customer service capabilities along with effective written and oral communication. The Contractor shall work well in a team environment
Present recommendations and program concepts to the DAD OA and Senior Management Analyst
Complete assigned work within the deadlines established
Provide Weekly status reports to the DAD OA and the Senior Management Analyst. This will include, but not be limited to: actions completed, open actions with current status, next steps, and projected completion dates
Adhere to USGS workplace policies and procedures, including but not limited to, conduct, performance, information security, physical security, and tours of duty
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
Three years minimum experience
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the development of new business processes and applications:
Proficiency in InfoPath and SharePoint Workflow.
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
Strong customer service capabilities.
Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Pay Rate: $70,0000- $75,0000, Dependent on experience
