Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Business Systems Analyst in Renton, Washington

Description This is a hybrid role, as such, we prefer candidates that currently reside within the Portland Market. The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in developing and maintaining IS processes and tools that affect many business units. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for providing analytic support and reporting for IS, which includes doing data analysis using various tools. Assists the team in identifying, providing thought leadership, and solving IS customer service issues and needs. The position is accountable for meeting SLAs established between IS and business units through effectively managing work queues. The Senior Business Analyst prepares communication, provides training, supports tools, updates policies and procedures, and audits compliance with processes. The Senior Business Analyst is comfortable working on projects through all phases and in accordance with established direction and standards. The Senior Business Analyst should be comfortable with agile processes as well as being a product manager for solutions. Must be able to communicate effectively across diverse groups and keep management informed appropriately. The Senior Business Analyst provides continuous support and analysis for various simple to moderately complex IS initiatives and processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Field or equivalent educ/experience 4 years relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or Business Field 5 years experience in business analytics and/or agile product manager Why Join Providence?
