Requisition Summary This key role supports export sales, developing, and facilitating export process. Provide support to International Dealers requests by trouble-shooting any order issues. Supports Direct Ship sales by expediting orders with Suppliers. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as PACCAR Parts departments, DAF & KW Truck Sales Divisions, freight forwarders, and shipping companies. Job Functions / Responsibilities Advise customers concerning order status, changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs and pricing policies Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on dealer needs Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling, part delivery issues, and part discrepancies Strong desire and skill to work towards optimizing processes utilizing Six Sigma methodology Facilitate freight forwarding processes door to port by clearing shipping flow path Request and provide documentation for import (in destination country) of dealer shipments per PACCAR policies Develop expertise in Export processes out of USA, Panama, Mexico, and Colombia Provide training to Dealers regarding PACCAR Parts systems Qualifications Bachelor's degreein a relevant field, required Fluency in Spanish desired 1yearof professional experience in a related industry, required Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Flexible and be able to handle multiple priorities Detail oriented and analytical skills Six Sigma experience desirable Additional Job Board Information As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401k with up to a 5% company match Fully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirement Comprehensive paid time off - minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick time Tuition reimbursement for continued education Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Paid short-and long-term disability programs Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more This position is eligible for a holiday gift Salary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $65,500 - $89,760 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
