Description Integrated Absence Management Specialist Remote. Most states eligible This role is responsible for evaluating and processing accommodation request cases, making recommendations and decisions in alignment with written guidelines, procedures and policies pursuant to ADA and state regulations. Diploma or GED. 2 years - Experience in Workers' Compensation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Management, Reasonable Accommodation (ADA) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management or equivalent combination of education and experience, 3 years Experience with the administration and case management of reasonable accommodation process and disability-related (i.e.-ADA ) laws, policies and regulatory requirements. 3 years Experience with medical confidentiality Salary Range by location: NorCal (Napa, Sonoma) Min: $38.57, Max: $61.05 Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt) Alaska (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez) Min: $34.38, Max: $54.42 WA Puget Sound Oregon (Portland) Alaska (Anchorage) Min: $32.98, Max: $52.20 Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside) Min: $30.75, Max: $48.66 Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $29.35, Max: $46.45 Montana Min: $26.55, Max: $42.03 Texas Min: $25.16, Max: $39.82 Why Join Providence?
