SCHEDULE: Full time,
Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.
LOCATION: Reno, NV
SALARY: $100,000 to $130,000 per year

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree a plus.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience.
- Supervisory experience within a high volume, fast paced distribution environment preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.
- Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse team lead personnel.
- Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.
- Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
