DESCRIPTION

TheBehavioral Health Intensive Treatment Clinical Coordinatoris responsible for administration, clinical oversight, direct patient care, and coordination of theadult Intensive Behavioral Health Programs (IOP/PHP)at Northern Nevada HOPES.

TheBehavioral Health Intensive Clinical Coordinatorprovides a hybridadministrative/clinicalrole. Under the supervision of Behavioral Health Clinical Service Director, the incumbent provides individual and group clinical care services and oversees the substance use/co-occurring/psychiatric Intensive Treatment Programs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

*Due to real and potential conflicts of interest that exist when HOPES Behavioral Health providers render services to their coworkers, it is HOPES policy (Policy HR0005) that HOPES employees may not access HOPES Behavioral Health Services. For the same reason, current Behavioral Health patients/clients cannot be employed by HOPES. Accordingly, you hereby acknowledge and understand that if you are receiving services from a HOPES Behavioral Health provider at the time you are offered and accept employment with HOPES, you have the option of rescinding your acceptance of employment or finding a new behavioral health provider outside of HOPES before starting employment with HOPES.

Active license to practice in Nevada in the behavioral health field (LCSW, MFT, Psychologist) required

Experience in substance use disorder, co-occurring, and primary psychiatric disorder treatment required
