Software Development Lead

The DDI Contractor Software Development Leads will assist the DDI Contractor Software Development Manager with all delegated responsibilities regarding software development.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size and scope to the Wisconsin CSM Project.

  2. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems analysis and design.

  3. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements.

  4. A minimum of two (2) years developing technical design documentation from requirements.

  5. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems development and implementation in a SOA environment.

  6. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst for web-based applications.

  7. A minimum of two (2) years of experience using the tools included in the proposed frameworks.

  8. An in-depth understanding of the OCSE certification requirements based on the OCSE Guide for States.

  9. A minimum of two (2) years of experience documenting and tracking requirements through all SDLC phases using an ALM tool.

Recommended Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.

  2. Agile experience or training.
