Senior Director, Client Partner Executive – Insurance BPO

About this Role:

As a Senior Director, Client Partner Executive at Conduent, you will oversee and expand relationships with some of the biggest names in the insurance industry. Conduent proudly services four of the top players in this sector, managing a portfolio exceeding $50 million. Your role will focus on driving revenue growth, optimizing service delivery, and deepening client partnerships to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and strengthening executive-level relationships across the C-Suite, positioning Conduent as a strategic partner.

  • Managing and growing an existing $50M+ portfolio, identifying opportunities for expansion and service enhancement.

  • Driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives across claims management, policy administration, customer experience, and financial operations.

  • Collaborating with solutions and operations teams to develop customized BPO solutions tailored to clients’ evolving needs.

  • Overseeing account-level P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and revenue growth.

  • Staying ahead of industry trends in insurance BPO and proactively introducing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Working closely with sales and delivery teams to secure additional business within existing accounts.

  • Leading strategic initiatives that align with clients’ evolving priorities and Conduent’s service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Possess 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, account management, and client partnerships within the insurance BPO industry.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance operations, claims processing, policy servicing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Showcase a proven track record of managing and expanding large-scale accounts, exceeding revenue and growth targets.

  • Manage account-level P&L, strategic account planning, and executive relationship building.

  • Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure service excellence and innovation.

  • Drive results with a self-motivated approach to client management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is ($200,000 - $248,000)
