As a (Qualified) Field Service Engineer, you will be performing services and maintenance activities on our customers' site/property includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities, repairing and refurbishing sold or existing products from various segments (CT/MRI).

In this role you will be also developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the assigned areas.

Job location: Łódzkie Voivodeship (field work)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• On-site life extension, repairing and inspection-related service activities for installed equipment.

• Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.

• Daily interfacing with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues and acting to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.

• Assisting in Account Sales visits: help with training others where necessary, identifying sales opportunities and communicating to account team.

• Assisting in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.

• Responsibly completing all administration tasks on time and ensuring timely completion of inspections documentation for assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in technical field.

• Technical analytical skills.

• Field Services experience (experience within healthcare industry would be a huge asset).

• Ability to work in field and valid drive license.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
