Location:
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
Travel Expectations: 20%

What You'll Do:
As a Manager within our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Workiva sub-practice, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive Workiva GRC technology experience to help audit, risk and compliance executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution.
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of Workiva implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Leverage your expertise in Workiva solutions to guide clients in optimizing their use of the platform for audit, compliance and risk management.
Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development and project execution.
Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on Workiva tools and features, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
Stay updated on relevant government regulations and compliance requirements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience working in consulting or professional services.
3+ years of relevant work experience implementing Workiva GRC technology.
Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications
Eligibility to work in the United States
Nice-to-Haves:
CPA or CIA
Workiva Platform Certified
Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
