As part of our People & Culture team, you'll help retain and attract top talent, accelerate the integration of systems, enable future growth and enhance our team member experience. We are recruiting for a People & Culture Coordinator. Reporting to P&C Operations Manager, the P&C Coordinator will be responsible for all human resource operational activities for specific business regions and deal with a wide variety of HR queries and activities. This role is a developmental opportunity for someone who is wanting to grow & learn. Additionally, and due to the result of recent acquisitions, this role will be responsible for being the first point of contact for legacy entities across the UK & Europe. The role will collaborate with the P&C Operations Manager and P&C Business Partner to ensure a consistent approach to communication and delivery of HR duties.

Here's how:

  • Working with the wider P&C operations team to Streamline HR processes to ensure operations run smoothly

  • Overseeing new employee onboarding, including liaising with Hiring Leaders and new employees and facilitating induction sessions.

  • Maintaining employee records in the HRIS

  • Composing new employee contract, and all letters for employees e.g., probation, promotion.

  • Collaborating with payroll to ensure payroll have all the monthly changes to payroll.

  • Ensuring all information in maintained and updated on spreadsheets.

  • Assisting with procedures for performance management.

  • Keeping up to date on governmental laws and requirements that affect the organization.

  • Conducting audits to measure the success of HR programs and then recommend changes.

  • Administering health and benefit plans for employees.

  • Answering employee questions and requests regarding HR, regularly liaising with the wider P&C team.

What you bring to this role

  • Strong administration skills, highly computer literate, proficient in email, Excel, Google Suite and communication tools.

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Proactive and self sufficient, comfortable with reaching out to stakeholders and unafraid to ask questions to ensure clarity and success

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, strong problem solver and confident decision maker.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Any experience working within a HR function is highly desirable
