About the Position
As a BCBA Recruiter at CCBS, you will be working on our recruitment team assessing the skillset of Mid-Level supervisor and BCBA candidates. This role is strictly recruitment focused and you will not be doing any clinical work.
Responsibilities
Resume screening all applicants and application review of qualified candidates
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviews applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
Assessing applicants' knowledge skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Manages interviews by coordinating schedules with candidates and interviewer (self or management)
Collaborating on interviewing and recruitment best practices
Host initial meeting of New Hire Training providing general knowledge of the company policies and procedures
Providing recruitment reports to Recruitment Manager
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Holds a master's degree and BCBA credential
At least 3 years of experience in ABA
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Must be available Monday through Friday 12PM PST to 4PM PST; 20+ hours per week
