Job title: Operations Assistant - Dependent Child Care Subsidy Program

Duration: 3+ months

Location: Redwood City CA 94062

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Program Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of subsidy program applications.

Review applications for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program guidelines.

Assist in verifying and validating information provided in applications, including paystubs and tax returns.

Communicate with applicants to request additional information or clarification as needed.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of the review process.

Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all applicant information.

Provide general administrative support to the program as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to accurately read and interpret paystubs and tax returns is desirable.

Experience providing support and administration for financial assistance programs of any kind desirable.

Knowledge of human resources and benefit administration systems desirable.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

1-2 years Experience

Experienced in reviewing high volume applications, or forms
