We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving operational and organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management plans that support our business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

This role will be responsible for key real estate portfolio excellence and risk management activities, partnering with process owners across functions to advance performance management solutions and rhythms of business. This role will partner with others to develop and implement strategic decision-making models, and support the advancement of risk governance programs and processes that are critical to ensure compliance with risk mitigation strategies.

The individual in this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess performance and develop scalable methods to improve , evaluate and action performance opportunities, and develop actionable insights relating to portfolio growth and cost management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess change readiness and develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to specific initiatives.

  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with proposed changes, and develop mitigation plans accordingly.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.

  • Communication and Training: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and targeted communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed about upcoming changes. Design and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully adapt to new processes and technologies.

  • Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change by actively engaging with stakeholders, addressing concerns, and providing support and resources as needed.

  • Monitor and Evaluate Change Initiatives: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from change initiatives and applying insights to future projects.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work collaboratively with project teams, process owners, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 5+ years relevant experience

o OR 7+ years equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 7+ years Portfolio Management, Real Estate, or Office Management experience

  • OR 10+ years equivalent experience.

  • Proven ability to thrive in an enterprise environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build trust with colleagues.

  • Prior experience working with Leasing, Portfolio Management and/or Lease Administration.

  • An ability to drive clarity, alignment and action using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience with data center related program management.

  • Experience with ERP and Real Estate databases and reporting.

  • Office/Software Experience.

Real Estate Portfolio Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
