ManpowerGroup Project Manager Non Tech 3 in Redmond, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. The purpose of this team is to support a large supply chain team with data, engineering, and change management. This role will contribute to supporting the General Manager (GM) of this team by supporting organizational and operational aspects. This role will help adjust policies, interpret data and strategizing alongside the GM with things that are still in progress. The role will spend a significant amount of time supporting the team’s budgeting and operations support, as well as liaison for the GM on some initiatives, and keep everyone organized in terms of policy and information.

Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 3

Location: Remote - PST hours

Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate staff meetings, including agendas and coordination of guest speakers.

• Oversee the Rhythm of Business activities, including planning and execution of presentations and organizational meetings.

• Track budget allocations, expenditures, and monitor financial performance.

• Manage headcount, FTEs, vendor engagements, and maintain updated PCNs.

• Handle sensitive data, including employee signal results, team hybrid status, and promotion profiles.

Top Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience with working in cross functional teams, coordinating between technical and business teams.

• Minimum 5 years experience with budgeting and operations support (Rhythm of Business, running meetings, etc.).

• Minimum 3 years experience with working closely with executives.

• Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience influencing strategy in a large organization and building dashboards for data analysis will be helpful as well. Prior helpful experience includes building a culture in the team, anticipating problems and proposing solutions proactively, being able to work with ambiguity as well as speak up and challenge the GM when necessary.
