ManpowerGroup Program Manager Non Tech 3 in Redmond, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The purpose of this team is: team operates within support services, specifically CSS support services. They currently have contingent staff supporting their customer base by physically troubleshooting issues. The team is looking to hire a contractor to assist with building and analyzing reports, which could range from support ticket metrics to behavioral trends and performance against KPIs. The contractor's role will involve using Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting, to help present business performance and insight.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.

• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 5-7 years experience with Excel, Power Pivot, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

  2. Minimum 5-7 years experience with Ability to use PowerPoint effectively for presentations.

  3. Minimum 5-7 years experience with Strong communication skills, as the role requires communicating findings and insights effectively.
