Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, facilitate introduction of product features, and devise initiatives to grow users and engagement. Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine potential sales of Microsoft's products or services. Develop the end-to-end user experience, product roadmap, and monitor the complete product lifecycle, which may include product definition and planning through development, release, modifications, upgrades, maintenance, and product retirement. Prioritize customer and product success criteria. Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Serve as "the voice of the customer" and utilize business intelligence information to promote customer use and drive long-term value creation. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

-Experience: 6 months software-related, centralized and coordinated program/project management experience, or experience in designing, developing, and releasing software products or services utilizing C, C++, C#, or other high-level programming language.

-Specific Skills: Must include 6 months of experience in each of the following: Azure Services; Azure; Content Management; Virtualization Platforms; Cross-Functional Project Management; Data Analytics; and Windows OS.

-Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG5648493), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $151,253 to $181,253 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?  

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location.
