Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Graphic Designer to join their team for a remote position. This resource should have a strong background in design principles, particularly in style, typography, and composition layout.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs

• Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity

• Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content

• Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale

• Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs

• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• Experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Tools, PowerPoint

• Familiarity with and experience working with text to image AI technology

• Experience with high volume creative work

• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pivot as needed

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback

• Experience with copy writing or editing for clarity and grammar is preferred

$52.75 - $57.90 per hour
