Insight Global Event Coordinator in Redmond, Washington

Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Contribute to and utilize Events Playbook to plan events; hands-on management at events (some travel required)

 Provide informative and insightful documentation and draft recaps of all events

 Track event metrics and performance summaries, deliver to XFN for addition to dashboard

 Basic project maintenance including file management, scheduling meetings, follow-up on deadlines with partners and vendors, and updating project schedules and status reports

 Coordinate with and provide details to appropriate XFN partners for staffing and training, including Meta Sales Academy needs, and demo tech

 Keep track of relevant XFN deadlines that require Events contribution

 Coordinate with vendors and report on status of devices, inventory, etc.

 Lead SWAG development and approvals with Meta Brand; order and oversee production of SWAG, uniforms, setup kits, etc.

 Submit contracts and track invoices

 Provide suggestions for process improvements

Skills and Requirements

4+ years experience in event production gaming, tech, or retailer events is a plus

 Experience with managing and producing virtual and in-person events

 A self-starter who takes initiative

 Great at maintaining relationships with external and internal partners

 Outstanding communication skills: the ability to interface with customers via zoom, email, phone and in person, ability to draft copy for client communications

 Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to move quickly and efficiently amid competing priorities

 Experience working independently and as a team member of a cross-functional team, across time zones and across regions

 Flexible and proactive approach to work, willingness to juggle multiple priorities under pressure null
