Job Description: Provide technical expertise and consumer insights to drive digital transformation. Engage in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, maintenance, or other integrated solutions of Microsoft products; cross-train peers in organizational unit on subject matter expertise. Promote adoption of technology by helping users optimize specialized solutions, which may include the demonstration of features beyond core functionality, dissemination of technical information on complex applications, and guidance regarding best practice adoption. The focus is to deliver training and content that augments the customer's current implementation leading to value add, reduced time to market, and ultimately drives an increase use of Azure technologies. Serve as a subject matter expert in a pre- or post-sales production environment and resolve any complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Coordinate with stakeholders to assess utilization of Microsoft technologies and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and integration of solutions. Troubleshoot frontline technical readiness and process compliance to accelerate scalability with a focus on developing new workloads or environments. Advise stakeholders on the installation and support related to systems, networks, or data communications technologies and conduct related product capability assessments and validation. May build a mini-application based on customer requirements, which involves rapid prototyping or product demonstration. May require travel to unanticipated worksites up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any location in the U.S.

Requirements:

  • *Education: *Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Software Engineering; Information Systems; Mechanical Engineering; or other tech-related field
  • *Experience: *12 months in any computer related occupation
  • *Skills: *Education or experience in Workshop Delivery; Visual Studio; Research and Strategy; Scripting; Debugging; Testing; and System Design

Pay Range and Benefits Information:  The offered base pay range for this specific position (ML87283), in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $119,928 - $149,928.
