Job Description
Under general supervision, the Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, to contribute to the completion of various products. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and quantity standards while following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
Responsibilities
Assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components.
Follow safety, quality, and quantity standards.
Adhere to directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
Maintain good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
Participate in workplace organization and follow training procedures, including cross training and teamwork.
Speak up and address safety and quality issues as they arise.
Learn new processes, systems, and equipment.
Work collaboratively in a diverse team setting.
Participate in conflict resolution and team improvement initiatives.
Motivate and progress to the next level in skills, with a willingness to cross-train.
Essential Skills
Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
Proficiency in reading and understanding procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.
Effective verbal communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and safety consciousness.
Ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.
Teamwork skills and ability to work in a diverse setting.
Motivation to grow and learn new skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production line, production assembly, and assembly.

Work Environment
The role requires the ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling as appropriate. You may need to reach, push, or pull to accomplish job responsibilities. The position also requires hand grasp ability and coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot. The work environment promotes good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.80 - $22.80/hr.
