We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Teacher to join our team. As a Childcare Teacher , you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
**`Duties**` - Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Maintain a clean and organized childcare facility - Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety - Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed - Change diapers and assist with toilet training - Administer basic first aid when necessary
`**Skills```** To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers - Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Familiarity with first aid procedures for children - Understanding of special education principles and practices (preferred) - Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, or classroom settings (preferred) - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
