Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians during various projects. As part of our highly trained crew, you'll help create safe work zones and implement effective traffic patterns to maintain smooth traffic flow. Our team is well-versed in the latest PennDOT regulations and safety measures, ready to provide top-notch traffic control services to contractors, utility companies, and boroughs.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide Motorists: Inform drivers of possible detour routes to ensure smooth traffic flow.

  • Ensure Safety: Keep all members of our construction crews safe throughout the project.

  • Site setup and teardown: Efficiently set up and dismantle the site at the beginning and end of each day.

Essential Skills:

  • Safety: Prioritize the safety of everyone in the work zone.

  • Traffic Management: Implement effective traffic control measures.

  • General Labor: Perform various tasks to support the team.

  • Flagging: Direct traffic and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior flagging, construction, or landscape experience preferred.

  • Hand Tools: Proficiency with hand tools is a plus.

Job Type & Location:

  • Contract to Hire: This position is based out of Reading, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
