Job Title: Road crew flagger

Job Description:

Now hiring for open position's in our work-zone division! We are seeking individuals who are looking to learn and lead our work-zones in the Reading and surrounding areas. Our shop location is right in Wyomissing, here we store all of the up to date materials required to set up detours for our teams and partners out in are many active work-zones.

• Flaggers are required to learn the latest in road safety from PennDOT regulated training modules. (Will be completed prior to field work)

• After individuals have been cleared to operate out in the field, we will place you on a team that is in need of fresh hands.

• Road crew's must be comfortable driving or carpooling around to different work-zones throughout the week/month.

• All uniforms, equipment, and gear will be provided to each individual for his or her own safe keeping.

Shift and Schedule:

During first day orientation all new employees will be asked to utilize a scheduling app to track hours throughout you work week. (Normal schedule below)

• Monday - Friday | 6am - 4pm | OT - extra time at the end of the day. 1-2 hours.

• Start time will vary depending on the job site. 6-7am start time.

• Finish time will normally be 4-6pm

These positions are entry level, experience is not needed. We are happy to accept all individuals who meet are basic requirement's and show interest in the job. We area hire from within style company, we offer multiple different positions on out construction and services side after individuals have displayed good performance and willingness to learn.
