Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson’s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to deliver an extraordinary customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. Key Responsibilities:

The Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS) provides answers to contract-related inquiries generated by our direct customers and business partners, seeks to improve synchronization of contract price and eligibility, resolves customer price and eligibility discrepancies and supports contracting process improvements.

As Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering resolution on invoice discrepancies, inquiries from our Distributors/Wholesalers and handling IDN Roster activities. Your primary responsibilities will include operational execution, process improvements, and strategic collaboration with internal business partners such as our operating company franchise partners and other internal Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) departments.

  • Proactively find opportunities to drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies and the customer experience.

  • Work in conjunction with team members and business partners to identify common root causes and design solutions that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

  • Consolidate and present information to business partners and senior management in a clear and concise manner that allows management to make strategic decisions.

  • Review and analyze metrics to add deeper business perspective to evaluate trending and report out to management.

  • Work independently with little supervision.

  • Make prudent decisions on processes by understanding the contractual obligations, internal system capabilities and the impact of the actions across the organization and contracting continuum.

  • Effectively communicate with JJHCS counterparts.

  • Use multiple systems (ICS, CORE, MDM, SAP, Salesforce.com, and HPE) to successfully manage workload on a timely basis.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required

  • Committed and able to work independently, while taking ownership of issues is required

  • Customer-centric approach and the ability to address customer issues in an effective and timely manner is required

  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries/issues, developing and delivering solutions, and interdependent partnering to resolve complex business matters required

  • Demonstrated ability to present to business partners and senior management is required.

  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to consolidate information & present complex data in simplified terms is required

  • Demonstrated ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and to influence and collaborate is required

  • Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or in cross functional teams with conflicting deadlines required

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills required

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel VLOOKUPS and pivot tables required

Preferred:

  • Experience with Model N , SAP, ICS, CORE, MDM and Salesforce.com preferred.

  • Tableau or Master Data Management (MDM) system experience.

  • Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or in project teams.

  • Contracting and/or direct customer-facing experience preferred

  • LEAN, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence Methodology experience, training, or certification preferred

  • Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is preferred

Other:

  • May require up to 10% of travel domestically

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $115,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
